Booking Policy:
GUESTS ARE NOT TO EXCEED 8 AT ANY TIME. NON-COMPLIANCE MAY RESULT IN GUESTS BEING ASKED TO TERMINATE THEIR STAY AND NON-REFUND OF BOND.

Check-in after 2:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM
House Rules and Restrictions:
STRICT 10 PM NOISE CURFEW – We ask that you do not socialize on the veranda after this time. It is a residential area and noise really carries.
PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
PROPERTY TO BE LEFT AS YOU FOUND IT – this doesn’t mean a deep clean or stripping beds however please remove rubbish, empty the fridge, pack the dishwasher and leave the kitchen as you found it. The cleaner cleans all rooms and does the washing however she does not have time to tidy the mess as well. It’s a big house and a big cleaning job.
- Red bin – GeneralRubbish
- Yellow bin – all Recycling
- Green bin – Garden Refuge
ALL EXTRA RUBBISH MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY. We do not have facilities in Bundeena for extra rubbish removal.
DAMAGE and BREAKAGES – are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay.
RESPECT- Please respect our neighbors in regard to noise, parking, and disturbances.
LOSS – the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

- Strict 10 PM Noise Curfew
- No Pets Allowed
- Smoking Allowed: outside only (Covered front veranda or in the garden)
- Parties, Events, and Functions are strictly prohibited.
